Two-week CRE Aptitude sprint
- Days 1-2: run a timed baseline, then classify misses into arithmetic, table reading, verbal logic, and condition mapping.
- Days 3-5: drill percentage, ratio, average, and unit-rate questions until setup is automatic.
- Days 6-8: practise table extraction with a strict first-pass rule: identify unit, period, and denominator before calculating.
- Days 9-11: rotate verbal reasoning and order/condition questions; write a diagram before options.
- Days 12-14: take mixed sets, review tempting wrong answers, and stop adding new tricks.
JRE policy-writing frame
- Open with the decision problem, not background history.
- Group evidence into two or three tensions: cost versus coverage, speed versus fairness, central control versus local flexibility.
- Rank options by impact, feasibility, risk, and public acceptability.
- Make the recommendation operational: owner, timeline, metric, risk control.
- Use bilingual precision. English answers should avoid padding; Chinese answers should avoid vague slogans.
BLNST booking and study checklist
- Read the official Basic Law and National Security Law materials before relying on summaries.
- Book early enough that a failed attempt does not endanger the job deadline.
- Use short retrieval sets on separate days; recognition improves with spaced recall.
- Keep the result proof and application documents in one folder.
- Recheck every target advert because required test level can vary by grade.

- For each vacancy, copy every requirement into a table and write one evidence point beside it.
- Prepare two service examples, two problem-solving examples, and one conflict-handling example.
- Use numbers where possible: volume handled, deadline met, error reduced, users served.
- Keep certificates, transcripts, and employment records named consistently before the final week.
- Check the official advert again before submission; salary, deadlines, and required documents can change.
